For those who are here on a return visit, yes, I changed the lay out of my homepage again, I removed the frames and un-necessary graphics.
This site has been optimized using enhancements utilized in 4+ versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). Lower versions of IE should work along with other browsers such as NetScape Navigator (NS).

I also utilize DHTML, Java, and Javascript so make sure your browser has Java enabled.
I use Web Site Garage to debug code for my HTML.
Graphics being used are either mine that I have created/enhanced using Adobe PhotoDeluxe and Jasc Paint Shop Pro and some I found them through the internet.
